Okanagan Seasons Resort, Kelowna

My experience at the hotel was far from pleasant. The room I was in was filthy, with dirt and damage everywhere. I felt uncomfortable with the staff who often acted rudely, which made my stay even worse. The location, while not too bad, was overshadowed by the overall lack of cleanliness and poor service. Even basic amenities like breakfast were disappointing. It's hard to recommend this place, as it certainly did not meet my expectations in any way.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but it was marred by numerous issues. The rooms felt outdated and were not very clean, with mold in the bathroom and ants crawling around. Service wasn’t great either—housekeeping failed to clean our room throughout our entire stay. On the bright side, the suite was spacious and the outside pool area had potential for a good family hangout, but overall, I can't say it was worth the price.

I stayed at this hotel hoping for a nice getaway, but it was a letdown. The outdoor pool was nice, but the room was in poor condition with cleanliness issues. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive at times, and overall, it didn’t feel like a good value for the price I paid.

While the location has its advantages, particularly for families with kids, the overall experience didn't live up to expectations, especially given the price. The dining was limited, and the service seemed lacking. I definitely won't be returning.
